santa cruz and some sun

we stopped by santa cruz on the way down to visit our babe-alicous friend brent! he is always the guy to know, cuz he introduced us to the coolest cat in SC. Jess took us to Keva, the local spa where we snuck in after hours to use the hot tub and sauna! it was awesome. Santa Cruz was fun but we had to keep it moving so we headed out with our new friend Jupiter and ended up in LA, sleeping on the beach. Its nice here, i already have a sunburn! and i love it.

today we went to a Gospel Brunch courtesy of some mystery man that bought us tickets, crazy. we had so much fun singing and dancing all around. its pretty sweet how flat LA has been so far compared to other places like San Francisco or Portland. its a nice change.

Chelsea thinks we've done everything there is to do in San Francisco, I think i could spend a lot of time here, but we are off, down the 1 and headed to Santa Cruz. Thanks Rene for being akward, and thanks to all the hot boys in san fran...we love you guys and i will be back for you someday.

so much for not spending money. i just spent way to much money on my only guilty pleasure...jimmy eat world. we went to their concert last night which was really fun.

we also went to Golden Gate Park, which was amazing. it was such a nice day. we saw turtles in the ponds, and hawks and rode up the beach where we watched the waves crash on huge beach rocks. then we rode up a hill that was from lord of the rings and watched the ocean some more. we just cant get enough of it. of course we didnt have our camera for the most scenic day yet.

this is so annoying

the weather wont make up its mind. but when its nice, its really nice. i got tandals the other day from running around this awsome park with waterfalls. we stood behind them and sang as loud as we could and still couldnt hear ourselves. we are doing so good at not spending any money (except i spent all of mine on tattoos, oh well) . we have found lots of free stuff to do, but theres still so much, and not enough time. deffinitly love it here.

san francisco!

its been awhile! we were sitting in the library in portland when we saw the 10 day weather forecast, rain rain rain. we didnt want to be stuck. we checked the amtrak, and the train left in an hour all the way on the other side of the city. we said lets go. so we biked as fast as we could, took apart our bikes and got on the train to sacramento, california. we got to the station at like 5 am and slept for a few hours on the bench hoping the weather would clear up. it was raining buckets! we stayed the night on a boat in "Old SaC" haha, it was sort of like golden and heritage square. really funny and weird. we watched cable tv and took showers. the first shower in like a week or two. we caught a ride to san fran the next morning. We have been staying with goldies grandmas best friend in San Leandro. about a half hour away from San Fran. We have been taking the BART to the city everyday. Its sooo green, and hilly, and sunny, and oceaney and sea lioney and sea gully here! we love riding down the hills after it takes us a while to walk up them. we ate at all of the ihops in town, free pancakes. there are tourists everywhere down at the warf but its different and really nice. we are gonna find a place to stay for about a month in the city! we want to run around and bike around. we ride our bikes for miles everyday, there are orange trees, lemon, lime, and grapefruit everywhere, and they taste amazing! I am healthy now and were feelin good. have some opportunities to stay places, like a resort! we will keep you posted. leave us some frekin comments aight! all of you should come visit us! bla bla bla bring your bikes already! much love ,

so were on top of the gorge in washougal, washington. the sunsets are incredible and the views are outrageous. there are a million bagillion starts outside! its been sunny and warm in the city!. we ate fruit loop doughnuts and coffee for breakfeast. and portland really does have a ton of crazy people! the crazy homeless people were headed for my food, and we wandering and bumping into me like zombies, chanting? goldie had to get the policia, but its all good, i guess they just forgot to take their medicine.

yesterday we biked from vancouver to portland. about 20 miles. In the rain, over the giant bridge, sleeping in the library, it took us a few U turns and a few hours. but my butt hardly made it. . it hurts, and the bikeshorts hardly help.

I am still sick! and i dont know what i will feel like tomorrow. goldie is well, keeping up the positivity while im snoting my face away. we will be exploring portland for the next few days, and begining to plan more of our trip south! I want you all to be really jelous, back in ol colorado, while we are out, not knowing what is going to happen in the next 15 minutes, but the cold really makes colorado sound awesome right now. We cant wait till its warm!!! no flats, no accidents, everything is well. i guess. the sickness it really tough. . but i love you all and hope your having a good time! love you so much, and miss you! i have been getting homesick, a lot of it is because i want a cozy place to rest, and its almost the complete opposite. okay, a lot of this is mamma jamma, not really sure what i wrote. the days are long and full, so maybe i will write everyday to keep track of things. love you,
